Intellectual Property Cases

Our attorneys have prosecuted IP infringement cases throughout the United States. We are tenacious and pursue an aggressive litigation strategy to pressure infringers to settle or purchase a license to the infringed intellectual property. However, we are also willing to take cases to trial, if necessary, to ensure the maximum possible recovery for our clients.

We offer alternative fee arrangements that are based on results, not process, incentivizing us to achieve success for our clients. Our narrow focus on prosecuting infringement cases also allows us to have a more streamlined decision-making process, acting quickly to decide whether to take a case.
